NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE A GENERAL PLAN
Pursuant to Utah Code § 10-9a-203, notice is hereby given that Bountiful City intends to prepare a General Plan update. This notice is provided to ensure early and meaningful coordination with affected entities, agencies, and the public.
The General Plan will serve as a comprehensive, long-range policy document to guide future land use, housing, transportation, moderate income housing, water use and preservation, etc., within Bountiful City. The Plan will replace the current General Plan adopted in 2009.
Geographic Area Affected: The General Plan applies to all lands within the incorporated boundaries of Bountiful City, Davis County, Utah.
Affected entities are invited to provide information for consideration in the preparation of the General Plan. Comments, information, or questions may be submitted to the Bountiful City Planning Department at:
