- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF HUNTSVILLE TOWN, THURSDAY, September 4, 2025 Pursuant to UCA ยง10-8-22 the Huntsville Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah 84317 to receive comment on proposed increases to the culinary water rates. The proposed improvements will go into effect on October 1, 2025. The Town Council may consider base rate increases up to $ 105.00 a month for Huntsville residents and $135.00 a month for out-of-town residents.' The public is welcome to attend the public hearing on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah 84317. Comment will also be received by mail and email. Written remarks must be received by 5:00 p.m. on September 4, 2025. All remarks will be included in the public meeting record. Please mail to P.O.
