Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendments: Title 15 Detached Accessory Structures Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to amend the city's code to allow for detached accessory structures located on parcels larger than one acre to exceed 1,000 square feet in size. Zone Change: Mabey Office Building Development Enhancement Overlay Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to change the zoning of a property from C-2 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay to accommodate the development of a commercial office building located at 48 East South Lane. Annexation: Ray Allen Swenson Annexation A public hearing will be held with the City Council on a proposal to annex 64.42 acres into the city with the R-R zoning designation. The subject property is located at approximately 1730 West SR-77. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
