Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a zone change application on Parcels K-C-6-1 from C3 [Commercial] to RM [Residential Multi-Family]. Parcel is located approximately at 220 W 300 N in Kanab City. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
