ELECTION NOTICE TO ALL QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF DUCHESNE, UTAH Take notice that on November 4, 2025, a municipal election (the 'Election') will be held in the City of Duchesne, Utah (the 'City') at the polling places determined by the City Recorder for the City. In conjunction therewith, a ballot proposition will be submitted to the qualified voters of the City as follows: PROPOSITION NO. _6__ CITY OF DUCHESNE, UTAH RAP TAX ELECTION NOVEMBER 4, 2025 _/s/_Myra Young____ City Recorder Shall the City of Duchesne, Utah, be reauthorized to impose .1% sales and use tax to fund cultural facilities, recreational facilities, and zoological facilities and botanical organizations, cultural organizations, and zoological organizations in the City? FOR REAUTHORIZATION OF THE IMPOSITION OF A ONE-TENTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.10)% RAP TAX AGAINST REAUTHORIZATION OF THE IMPOSITION OF A ONE-TENTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.10)% RAP TAX To vote in favor of this tax, completely darken the circle in front of the words 'FOR REAUTHORIZATION OF THE IMPOSITION OF A ONE-TENTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.10)% RAP TAX'. To vote against this tax, completely darken the circle in front of the words, 'AGAINST REAUTHORIZATION OF THE IMPOSITION OF A ONE-TENTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.10)% RAP TAX'. An eligible voter may request to submit a brief written argument for or against the proposition in accordance with Utah Code Ann. 20A-7-402. Request must include the voter(s) name, and the position they wish to take on the proposition ( concise wording is encouraged). The request must be in writing and can be submitted in person or by mail at 500 E Main St, Duchesne Ut 84021, or by email to the City Recorder, Myra Young office@duchesnecity.com. Deadline: All arguments must be received no later that 5:00pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025
