NOTICE of INTENT Riverdale City Zoning and Land Use Ordinance Revisions - 2025 - 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Riverdale City, Utah, intends to prepare amendments to several zoning and land use ordinances during the 2025 calendar year. Updates to the City's General Plan may also be considered for clarification and consistency. The City anticipates adopting these amendments in early 2026. The purpose of these updates is to simplify, modernize, and align City regulations with current needs and best practices. Proposed amendments may address, but are not limited to, permitted land uses, housing, parking, signage, design standards, and subdivision standards. Once adopted, these regulations will apply citywide. This notice is provided in accordance with Utah Code §§ 10-9a-203 and 10-9a-403(1)(a). The public, along with all statutorily identified Affected Entities, is invited to participate in this process. Multiple opportunities for public input will be available before adoption of the amendments.
