Alpine School District Elementary 133: Rezone approval from Agriculture to Public Facilities and Preliminary Plat and Site Plan approval of a new elementary school to be located on Parcel No. 59:034:0186, directly north of the Pinnacles residential development.
First Amendment to Ault Farms MDA: Flagship Homes is developing the Parkway Fields subdivision (formerly known as Ault Farms). Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Section 16.35.090 requires that prior to receiving a building permit for a given final plat, the developer must install a six-foot-tall privacy fence made of durable materials consisting of either stone, masonry or decorative concrete. Flagship Homes has been complying with this code requirement but is now running into supply issues. The request of the development agreement is to allow Flagship Homes to post a bond for the fencing, issue building permits, and withhold any Certificates of Occupancy until the fencing is complete.
