NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025
The Board of Trustees of the NWQ Public Infrastructure District will hold a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 1245 E Brickyard Rd Ste 70, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, and via teleconference. To attend the hearing virtually, please utilize the following information:

The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2025.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee D. Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
