TIME CERTAIN ITEM - 6:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING - Tax Increase Proposal - The Board of Education of the Davis School District will hold a Public Hearing regarding the proposed property tax increase of $12,725,298 for the 2025-26 school year. The matter will be the only subject of the meeting. Presenter: Ms. Brigit Gerrard, Board President 2. Pledge of Allegiance Presenter: Ms. Michelle Barber, Board Member 3. Presentation of Proposed 2025 Tax Rate Presenter: Mr. Tim Leffel, Business Administrator 4. Public Comment Presenter: Ms. Brigit Gerrard, Board President Each stakeholder wishing to address the board will be allowed a maximum of two minutes. The Board invites public comment in-person or virtually. All Patrons wishing to make comments, in-person or virtually, are asked to provide their names and addresses. A sign-up sheet will be available at 5:30 pm, up until the published start time of the meeting. Patrons wishing to make virtual comments are asked to join through the zoom link (provided above) prior to the published start time of the meeting. 5. Consideration of Proposed 2025-2026 Tax Rate and Budget for Davis School District Presenter: Ms. Brigit Gerrard, Board President A closed meeting may be held to discuss property, negotiations, personnel issues, pending litigation or development of security.
