NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 20th day of August 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Discussion and possible approval of minutes from the meetings on July 16, 2025. 5. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for 333 South 100 West for MRC Power Washing LLC. 6. Discussion and possible approval of shed/garage plans at 16 Welby for David Safford. 7. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for 2 South 3rd Avenue for Root Research and Title LLC. 8. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for 68 South Main Street for Last Call Liquor Store. 9. Discussion and possible approval of site plan and building permit at 455 Arnton Avenue for Malarie DeVincent. 10. Discussion of parcel line adjustment for KAJEK Enterprises LC property Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 18th day of August, 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website.
