NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN
THE TRENTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Trenton Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Meeting on Tuesday August 26, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah.
AGENDA
1. Meeting Called to Order Chairperson Downs
2. Approval of Agenda
3. Approval of Minutes July 15, 2025
Comments will be taken from the public. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes.
1. Update of Zoning Clearance- Josh Riddle
2. Discussion regarding lot size and giving certain privileges to non-complying lots- Tom Griffin
3. Discussion regarding Zoning Clearance at 214 West Main and potential violations- Chairperson Downs
4. Subdivision update discussion
5. Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit application discussion- follow up from town council comments
Commissioners may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Commission. No action can be taken on these items.
