Discuss and possibly make a recommendation to the Town Council concerning an application for amendment to the Oak City Town Zoning Map - Dave and DeAnn Steele. E. Discuss the New General Plan Draft. F. Discuss Town of Oak City's Annexation Ordinance. G. Miscellaneous. H.
