- MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED NOTICE OF 2025 WATER and SEWER IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS NOTICE OF 2025 WATER and SEWER CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN NOTICE OF 2026 NEW RATE STRUCTURE NOTICE OF 2026 NEW HOOK UP FEES Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District Transcript 84310 NOTICE is hereby given that Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a Public Hearing September 10, 2025, at the District Office, 298 24th St. Ste. 150, Ogden, Utah 84401 (All Board Members and staff will be participating VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056) beginning at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input on, and to consider approval and adoption of (1) 2025 Water and Sewer Impact Fee Analysis (2) 2025 The Water and Sewer Capital Facilities Plan (3) 2026 Rate Structure (4) 2026 Hook Up Fees All interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome. Email to czenger@pmwsid.gov. Copies of the referred-to documents are available for public review beginning September 1, 2025 in the District Offices located at 298 24th St. Ste. 150, Ogden, Utah 84401; the office of the Weber County Ogden Valley Branch Library located at 131 S. 7400 E., Huntsville, Utah 84317; and on the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District website www.pmwsid.gov. In accordance with the American Disabilities Act, Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
