- Payson City Notice of Intent to Update the Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) Related to Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation Water, and Wastewater Collection System Notice is hereby given that Payson City, a local municipality located in Utah County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an updated independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation Water, and Wastewater Collection System. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Utah Code 11-36a-501 and 503, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Payson City to updated the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis for the City. The geographic location where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire area within the Payson City municipal boundary. The public is hereby invited to provide written comments or information to be considered in adopting the impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis.
