NOTICE OF MEETING of THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to the members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, August 18, at 4:00 p.m., at the City Building, Council Room, at 90 W Young Street Morgan Utah AGENDA APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG)- June 16, 2025 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 1. Building Permit Running Totals for City and County 2. WFRC Committee Reports 3. RAMP Tax, Local Sales Option and Corridor Preservation, County Mass Transit Tax updates 4. Other ACTION ITEMS 1. Review and Approval of Third Quarter Transportation Fund applications 2. Adjourn NEXT MEETING: September 15, 2025, 4:00pm- MORGAN CITY BUILDING, CITY COUNCIL ROOM. In the event of the absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Janet Pace, COG Secretary, at (801) 829-3461) This meeting may be held electronically to allow a member to participate.
