Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing during their regular meeting at the Hurricane City Office 147 N 870 West on August 28, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. to take comments on the following: 1. A Zone Change Amendment request located at 184 N State Street from R1-10, residential one unit per 10,000 square feet, to RM-3, multi-family 15 units per acre. Parcel number H-178. 2. A Land Use Code Amendment request to Title 10, Chapters 3, 7, & 37 regarding accessory buildings in the front yards. If you would like to make comments, please plan to attend the meeting or provide written comments to publiccomment@cityofhurricane.com or to the Planning Department at the above address for the Planning Commission's consideration by 3 p.m. the day of the meeting.
