- Notice of Midterm Vacancy on Board of Trustees Notice is hereby given that Central Davis Sewer District is taking applications to fill one midterm vacancy on the Board of Trustees, pursuant to Utah Code 20A-1-512. Any person interested in being appointed to fill the Board vacancy must submit a completed application along with a short summary of interest to: Central Davis Sewer District 2200 S. Sunset Dr. Kaysville, UT 84037 by 4:00 pm, September 2, 2025. Applications are available at the District Office located at 2200 S. Sunset Dr. Kaysville, Utah. The Board of Trustees intends to attempt to fill the vacancy under a term of office that shall expire December 31, 2027, by appointment at the Board of Trustees regular meeting on the following date, time, and location: DATE: September 11, 2025 TIME: 6:00 pm LOCATION: Central Davis Sewer District Office 2200 S. Sunset Dr. Kaysville, UT Candidates must be registered voters and reside within the district boundaries.
