NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rush Valley Town Council will conduct a public hearing at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 to receive public input regarding the following:
Consideration of request from Blaine Russell, 1313 North Church Street, Rush Valley, Utah to vacate Charles Hill Street, Rush Valley, Utah as a town road.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment upon this request. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the Town Clerk/Recorder at least 3 days prior to the hearing. Comments can be sent to townofrv@gmail.com. A copy of the request may be obtained by contacting the clerk/recorder at townofrv@gmail.com.
