- Notice of Public Hearing for Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday August 28, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19.04. Adding a Schools Overlay to provide development standards and permitted uses for public or private school and education facilities, including university or college campuses as well as traditional schools, and similar land uses that provide educational services (section 19.04.15); and amending parking requirements in Gateway Overlay areas to include the restriction of parking between buildings and a freeway and an arterial or collector (section 19.04.14). City-Initiated, City-Wide. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793. Comments may also be submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov. Copies of the proposed Land Use applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov/pendingapps.
