NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting of August 13, 2025, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 0813-25 - An Ordinance changing the street name from 'Old Highway 91' to Cedar Boulevard from South Main Street the city limit line; and 2. Ordinance No. 0813-25-1 - An Ordinance changing the zones from AT to RE and MU for properties located in the Iron Horse Residential Development Overlay in the area ranging from approx. 800 S to 1950 S. & 2600 W to 3500 W, being located mostly north of the Saddleback Ridge Subdivision. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
