KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider:
An application from Phil Holland, who is requesting a zone change for a property located at approximately 2053 West Grassy Plain Drive (parcel #11-245-0002) from GC General Commercial to R-1-14 Single Family Residential. The subject property totals 1.62 acres (ft²), and the applicant is proposing a project that would include four single family residential lots with a minimum square footage of 14,000 square feet.
