RIVERDALE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Riverdale City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at approximately 6:00 pm on August 26, 2025, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 11.37 acres from the Community Commercial (C-2) and Planned Commercial (CP-2) zones to the Multiple Family Residential (R-5) zone. The property to be rezoned is located at approximately 4263 S 550 W (parcel no. 063410004). The request is being made so the lot may be used for a future townhome community. The Riverdale City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider public comment before a recommendation from the Planning Commission is forwarded to the City Council for final action. The above meeting will be held in the City Council/Court chambers located at the Riverdale Civic Center at 4600 S. Weber River Drive, Riverdale, Utah. It is an open meeting in which the public will have the opportunity to comment or ask questions about the proposal. State law requires that notification of a rezoning be provided to all affected property owners at least 10 days prior to the first public hearing on the issue. This notice was sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property.
