- A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful Planning Commission on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment considering a potential code change to rear yard setback regulations. The proposed change would change the 30ft setback requirement in the R-1-10 zone to 20ft. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
