- Notice is hereby given The mayor and city council of Helper City, A municipal corporation will hold a work meeting On the 18th day of August. At Council Chambers, 58 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 3:00 p.m. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Discussion on Premium Pay. 4- Discussion on cell phone options for city employees. 5- Discussion on distribution of funds rewarded by Wildcat throughout Helper City departments. Closed Session. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing recorder@helpercity.gov. I, Traci Bishop, Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 13th day of August 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such meeting.
