NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on August 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. JIM HANZELKA, STANSBURY SERVICE AGENCY- Request to waive late fees applied to July invoices.
3. UPDATE ON WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND PROGRESS REPORT WITH UTAH DIVISION OF WATER QUALITY
4. DISCUSS UTAH CODE 10-9a-508.1 PRIVATE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ACCESS AMMENITIES PROHIBITED
5. CONSIDER AND APPROVE RESOLUTION 2025-8 ESTABLISHING THE DISTRICT'S POLICY PERTAINING TO DEED CONVEYANCES OF REAL ESTATE PROPERTY
6. DICSUSS UTAH DIVISION OF DRINKING WATER PROPOSED FEE TO BE ASSESSED TO ALL PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIERS BASED ON GALLONS USED
7. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF JULY 15, 2025
8. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT
9. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS
10. PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENT
