Pioneer Road, Draper, UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Kimballs Lane, Crescent View, and Draper FrontRunner Station Area Plans General Plan Amendment Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission and City Council to consider the above listed request. The purpose of the request is to adopt a station area plan into the General Plan for the area surrounding the Draper Town Center TRAX station in compliance with Utah State Code. The Planning Commission hearing will be on August 28, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers. The City Council hearing will be on September 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers. The complete notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, Draper City Website; www.draperutah.gov/news/, and at Draper City Hall.
