- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of August 13, 2025, passed the following ordinances: 1. ORDINANCE 2025-09: REVISIONS TO THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE'S LAND USE REGULATIONS RELATED TO ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS 2. ORDINANCE 2025-11: AN ORDINANCE OF THE SPRINGDALE TOWN COUNCIL REVISING THE TOWN'S LAND USE REGULATIONS REGARDING PARKING DESIGN STANDARDS, TO REVISE THE RESTRICTION ON PARKING SPACES WITHIN THE SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA AND TO REQUIRE LOW IMPACT DESIGN 3. ORDINANCE 2025-12: REVISIONS TO TITLE 10 CHAPTER 22 OF THE TOWN CODE, FARMERS' MARKET AND PRIVATE OUTDOOR EVENTS, ALTERING THE APPLICATION PROCESS AND STANDARDS 4. ORDINANCE 2025-13: AN ORDINANCE OF THE SPRINGDALE TOWN COUNCIL REVISING THE TOWN'S LAND USE REGULATIONS IN ORDER TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE PERMITTED, ACCESSORY AND CONDITIONAL USES TABLE IN SECTION 10-7A-2 5. ORDINANCE 2025-14: AN ORDINANCE OF THE SPRINGDALE TOWN COUNCIL REVISING THE TOWN'S LAND USE REGULATIONS IN ORDER TO REQUIRE SLOPE STABILITY ASSESSMENTS IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES 6. ORDINANCE 2025-15: CHANGES TO TITLE 3 CHAPTER 1 OF THE SPRINGDALE TOWN CODE RELATED TO BUSINESS LICENSE REGULATIONS AND DELIVERIES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinance is attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
