Description/Agenda
The Town of Genola intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Written Impact Fee Analysis for an impact fee on water, an impact fee on roads, and an impact fee on parks and recreation facilities, and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent for the Town of Genola to prepare an Impact Fee Written Analysis. The impact fee service area for this analysis and the geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be is the entire Town boundaries. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities needed to serve new development. Those receiving this notice are invited to provide information to be considered in preparing the written analysis of proposed impact fees. For information about the impact fee analysis, please contact Lucinda Thomas at 74 W. 800 S. Genola, UT 84655 or email cityclerk@genolaut.gov. Any information received should be provided in writing. The above notice/agenda was posted in two public places within the Town of Genola limits and on the State Public Notice Website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html and on the Town website genolaut.gov. It was also posted in the Payson Chronicle on August 20, & 27, 2025.
