WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Public Hearing of the West Valley City Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM, in West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. A pre-meeting will be held at 3:30 PM. Members of the press and public are invited to attend in person or view this meeting live on Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83896786911. Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 12:00 PM on Monday, August 25, 2025. Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments. ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION Z-6-2025 Petition by Scott Boettcher requesting a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to M (Manufacturing). SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS SA-4-2025 West Valley City is requesting minor subdivision approval for the West Valley Promenade Subdivision. The subdivision will also amend and extend lots 34-44 and a portion of lot 45 of the Lehman Subdivision. The subdivision is located at 2875 West Lehman Avenue and will consist of 1 lot on 2.5 acres. SA-5-2025 West Valley Land Holding LLC is requesting minor subdivision approval for the Wasatch West Valley Retail Subdivision. The proposed subdivision will also amend lots 2 and 3 of the West Valley Land Holding Subdivision. The subdivision is located at 3750 South 2700 West, consists of 3 lots and 1 parcel and is zoned CC.
