Discussion: Request for Administrative Adjustment to Impact Fee Assessment - Applicant: RJT Excavation - Project Name or Address: 1372 W 300 N, Brigham City, Utah; Commercial New Building Addition Permit (Request#1043), Commercial Excavation Building Permit - Description: Committee review and consideration of applicant's request for an adjustment to the assessed impact fee. 3. Public Comment Period 4. Action Items Request for Administrative Adjustment to Impact Fee Assessment - Action: Possible approval, denial, or modification of the request; or recommendation to the City Council. 5.
