DEQ Public Fee Hearing - 2027 DEQ Fees
The Utah Department of Environmental Quality has completed a draft of the Department's 2027 fiscal year Fee Schedule.
The public comment for the Draft Fee Schedules will commence on August 14, 2025, with notification being published on the Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. The comment period will end on September 15, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
A public hearing has been scheduled to receive oral comments on the Draft Fee Schedule on:
