- PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on August 12 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-21: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-6-301 AND ENACTING SECTION 7-7-117.5 TO ALLOW MEDICAL AND DENTAL OFFICE IN THE MANUFACTURING ZONE ON PROPERTIES THAT ARE PARTIALLY OR ENTIRELY WITHIN 500 FEET OF A RESIDENTIAL USE OR RESIDENTIAL ZONE. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
