CENTRAL WEBER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2618 WEST PIONEER ROAD MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE, UTAH 84404 THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CENTRAL WEBER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT which will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the District Offices located at 2618 West Pioneer Road, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The Truth-in-Taxation and FY 2026 Budget Public Hearings will be held in-person at the District offices and electronically via Zoom in accordance with Utah Code Ann. §59-2-919 et. seq., Property Tax Act. The public may monitor, listen to, and provide comments in open portions of the meeting either in person or electronically by following the instructions below. Consideration of Resolution 2025-15: Approving 2025 Tax Rate 2. FY 2026 Budget a. Motion to Open the FY 2026 Budget Public Hearing b. Review FY 2026 Tentative Budget: Camille Cook c. Public Comment d. Motion to Close Public Hearing and Reconvene the General Session e. Consideration of Resolution 2025-16: Adopting the FY 2026 Budget 3.
