ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. REGULAR MEETING Thursday, August 14, 2025 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. and regular meeting on August 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Accept Public Comments 4. Discuss proposed Ordinance 2025-4: An Ordinance Adopting A Transient Room Tax for Orangeville City. 5. Discuss proposed Ordinance 2025-5: An Ordinance Adopting Regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units. 6. Discuss proposed Ordinance 2025-6: An Ordinance Amending Section 4-1-9(A) of the Orangeville City Code to Redact 'Home/Premises Occupation Business Licenses'. 7. Discuss proposed Ordinance 2025-7: An Ordinance Adding Definitions to Chapter 6-1-2 and Amending Chapter 6-1-8 of the Orangeville City Code Regarding the Limitation of Dogs in Zoned Areas. 8.
