TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Truth In Taxation meeting beginning at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 14th, 2025 in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room located at 30 W. Center, Oak City, Utah 84649. The meeting will be streamed on Zoom using this Virtual Meeting Link: https://us05web.zoom.us/j/86833671702?pwd=ZOaNWdtua2aaOfSmdnCeEoaXcOAwEw.1 The following agenda items will be considered: A. Call to Order - Mayor Shim Callister B. Invocation C. Consideration for adoption of proposed Resolution 2025-05 approving the Certified Property Tax Rate of .000513 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The proposed tax rate will be approximately $3,525 in additional revenue. This represents a 13.79% increase over last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. Discussion will include reasons for proposed increase. D. Public Comment E.
