ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Annabella Town Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Annabella Town Hall, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen will be conducting the meeting. The agenda is as follows (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or items may be discussed in any order): Town Council Meeting - 6:00 p.m. I. Appointments A: Walter Buompane, speed sign inquiry and suggestion B: Youth Council update III. Council Business A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Warrant Register C. Consider Jones and DeMille Engineering Professional Service Agreement to complete the Culinary Water Master Plan Update D. Annual review of Fraud Risk Assessment E. Annual review of Capital Projects List F. Consider adopting Ordinance #2025-03, adopting the updated consolidated fee schedule G. Review and consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Sevier County and Annabella regarding building inspection services H. Discuss options for purchasing a mini excavator I. Address meter barrel repair costs and clarify when the homeowner should be charged IV. Department Business A. Beautification, Parks & Activities B. Cemetery C. Roads D. Water V. Other Business VI.
