Votes Required onTwo Issues brought up at our July Meeting
1. Karen open discussions on the following;
How are we going to secure the money Zion Vineyard owes us, then vote on the
resolution.
Review the letter we wish to present to our customers regarding the abandonment of our
Current Refundable Transfer Fees. Decide who is going to be the one required to take calls /
Emails on this matter and keep record of those who wish to leave their fee in place, then vote
on the resolution.
2. Report on Accomplishments made in June / Water Master & CCC Administrator
Shawn - Any new developments?
Marty- Any New developments?
3. Tony- Report on Water usage in July
4. Greg- Report on Power usage in July.
5. Diane- Provide financials through July 2025
Provide the following reports;
P&L STD Financial -July 2025
P&L STD YTD at a Glance -July 2025
Provide July 2025's Invoice Register to Karen for Approval
6. Tony- Provide the progress of our Water Conservation Plan and the changes being made to our website communication on this topic - all which is part of the Checklist for our Loan requirements. Any other website developments?
Karen- Report on any findings regarding this topic in your discussion with Kjori Shelley.
7. Jean- Provide our A/R Aging Report- Jean report on the no.of late payments in July.

1. Karen - Remind all of our next scheduled meeting Thursday, September, 18th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm
2. Karen- Request a motion to adjourn this meeting
