- In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on August 11, 2025: Ordinance 25-31, Approving a Monetary Contribution of Up to $110,000 to the Asian Association of Utah. This ordinance supports afterschool programming in Millcreek. Ordinance 25-32, Approving a Nonmonetary Contribution to Salt Lake County Animal Control Services. This ordinance approves a gift basket to auction off at an annual fundraiser.
