Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following:
1.
Civil Solutions Group, Inc., is seeking commercial site plan approval for a new office/warehouse, Spring Pointe, Lot 4, at 2199 W 800 N within the HC-Highway Commercial Zone.
2.
Jessica Johnson is seeking minor subdivision approval for the Johnson Haven Subdivision to be located at 2685 E Canyon Road within the R1-15 Single-Family Residential Zone.
3.
Ben Kjar with Viking Real Estate is seeking commercial site plan amendment approval for the remodel and expansion of the existing motel at 26 N Main Street, within the CC-Community Commercial Zone.
