The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Thursday September 4, 2025m scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change from A-1Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned M. Lyman Family Properties Parcel #29.017.0002 located at approximately 963 N Main Street in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the September 17, 2025 Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 pm. This meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola.
