Agenda 1. Call to Order 2. Public Comments o Herman Mendez - Water Connection o Eddy Roberts - McCollins Account 3. Cemetery Board - Irrigation 4. Engineer Report - Jones & DeMille o Presentation of updated cost estimates for the chlorination project 5. Clerk Report o Submission of updated CIB application & meeting schedule o Status of DDW booster pump rule (no changes yet) o Community feedback on new tiered billing structure o Impact Fee Analysis 6. Operator Report o SCADA system installation complete o Hwy 40 widening challenges o Strata construction coordination o Recent water sampling o Little Red Spring repairs complete 7. Discussion and Possible Action Items o Discussion on excessive water users and enforcement options o Coordination with UDOT/Strata on infrastructure impacts 8.
