City Library - Explorer Room, 80 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, UT 84660 until 3:30 p.m. local time on
September 4, 2025, and then will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the time fixed for the
opening will not be considered. All bids shall be marked: 'Spanish Fork Airport - Relocate Airfield
Lighting Equipment - Bid'
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Spanish Fork Municipal Airport at 10:00 am, local time August 20,
2025 for those interested contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The pre-bid meeting is highly
encouraged, but NOT mandatory.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of, but is not limited to, relocating and replacing various
electrical lighting and Navigational Aid (NavAid) equipment from the current Airfield Lighting Electrical
Room to a new Airfield Lighting Electrical Room located in an adjacent newly constructed building. Work
will include a combination of procuring/installing new equipment and relocating existing equipment to the
new building, installing a new in-ground electrical manhole with associated trenching, conduits, cables,
and splices, re-routing airfield power cables and removing/backfilling the existing in-ground electrical
manhole.
