PUBLIC NOTICE: 2026 Annual PHA Plan with Moving to Work Supplement
On the 26th day of September 2025 (Friday), at 10:00 a.m. of said day at 1776 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is requesting public review and comment at a public hearing pertaining to the draft 2026 Annual Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan with Moving to Work Supplement. Members of the public may also attend the meeting virtually.
Copies of the draft 2026 Annual PHA Plan with Moving to Work Supplement are available for review through Thursday, September 25, 2025, at:

- Philips Plaza office, 660 South 300 East
- Romney Plaza office, 475 East 900 South
