General Plan Jay Baughman, Assistant City Administrator/Community Development Director, Rob Patterson, City Attorney/Planning & Zoning Administrator The City Council and Planning Commission will discuss parks, recreation, and trails related to the General Plan. There will also be a discussion regarding environmental issues.
