- NOTICE OF INTENT TO UPDATE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Mapleton City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to update impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to Parks and Recreation. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFP and IFA is all areas within the Mapleton City municipal boundary. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. Written comments may be submitted to the City, to the attention of: Logan Miner, Parks and Recreation Director, 125 West 400 North, Mapleton, Utah 84664 or via email: lminer@mapleton-ut.gov.
