Review current income & expenses. 3. Approval of July 14 2025 minutes. 4. Public input (limit 15 minutes). 5. Discuss water availability and possibility of holding water in Paradise Reservoir. 6. Discuss and approve audit results, and need for additional audit due to receiving federal funds. 7. System O&M reports. Billing issues Operational Issues Infrastructure Water availability 8. Executive session as needed. Adjourn.
