The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 20, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a development agreement related to public improvements on Westview Drive for a property located in the vicinity of 1800 Westview Drive. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 20, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a General Plan change from Medium Density Residential (MD) to High Density Residential (HD) for a property located in the vicinity of 200 W 2530 N. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 20, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Central Commercial (CC) and Annexed Transition (AT) to Dwelling Multiple Unit (R-3-M) for a property located in the vicinity of 200 W 2530 N. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 20, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a second amendment to a development agreement related to rights-of-way and access for a property located in the vicinity of 800 North 3500 West (Cedar 106). The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 20, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider a development agreement related to not installing all public improvements for a property located in the vicinity of 1600 W Industrial Rd. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its August 20, 2025, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance 32-8(D)(14) amending the City's subdivision ordinance to allow PUD-owned storage units. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
