NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Preliminary Plat: Request by Charles Osman for approval of the Preliminary Plat for Westlake Landing located at approximately 2200 W 2700 S. The proposed subdivision comprises approximately 13.6 acres in the GC zone.
Site Plan: Request by Fort Street Partners for approval of a commercial Site Plan for Take 5 Oil Change, to be located at approximately 3062 W 1700 S. The proposed site comprises approximately 0.71 acres in the GC zone.
Zoning Amendment: Request by David Bennett for a rezone of property located at approximately 2403 W 2700 S - approximately 0.262 acre in the A-1 zone. The proposed zoning is R-2.
Minor Subdivision: Request by David Bennett for a Minor Subdivision located at approximately 2402 W 2700 S.
Conditional Use Permit: Request by Shea Barton for a (Home Occupation) Conditional Use Permit at approximately 3594 W 2050 S. The proposed business will provide educational services, Monday - Saturday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
