Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone 1 acre of property located at 1131 East Highway 193 currently zoned C-H (Planned Highway Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations or services to participate in this meeting shall notify the City at least 48 hours in advance at 801-336-3820.
