The agenda is as follows:

6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order;
a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Dave Bankhead to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS 1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) to ROS 1/2 (Residential Open Space 1/2 Acre) at property located at approximately 1100 South to 900 South and Center Street to 200 West. (Tax Id. #10-040-0001 and 10-039-0004).
b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider the review the Preliminary Plat review for the (Parker Nessen) Nessen Hollow Subdivision Consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 500 South 100 West. Tax Id. #10-029-0001.
c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Karen Johnson to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from RSF (Residential Single Family) to CC (Commercial City Center) at property located at 15 East Main. Tax Id. #10-021-0003.
7. General Plan Workshop; Jake Young to discuss General Plan status update.
